{"id":4455,"date":"2026-06-03T16:37:13","date_gmt":"2026-06-03T14:37:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/myrdil.com\/?p=4455"},"modified":"2026-06-03T16:37:13","modified_gmt":"2026-06-03T14:37:13","slug":"outline-highlight-surbrillance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/myrdil.com\/?p=4455","title":{"rendered":"Outline Highlight surbrillance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bonne prise de t\u00eate ce truc.<br \/>\nJ&#8217;ai deux options, le Post Process volume et le Material overlay sur le mesh.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>R\u00e9gler le post process volume en unbound<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le post process material apr\u00e8s avoir ajout\u00e9 un slot dans les post process materials (voir M_PPOutline)<\/li>\n<li>Activer dans les project settings -&gt; Rendering -&gt; PostProcessing -&gt; Enabled with stencil<\/li>\n<li>Dans project settings -&gt; Collision cr\u00e9er un nouveau Trace Channel (ici Highlight) avec ignore comme r\u00e9ponse par d\u00e9faut<\/li>\n<li>Cr\u00e9er un set timer by event 0.1 dans le controller qui va activer une BPI \u00e0 tout objet qui bloque &#8220;Highlight&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>J&#8217;ai laiss\u00e9 le code qui active le SetRender Custom Depth dans le graph de LootChest, si jamais je reviens \u00e0 cette technique<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cette technique est pourrie, elle provoque du jitter et affiche les objets derri\u00e8res les murs, je vais plut\u00f4t utiliser le material overlay :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>M\u00eame technique de line trace sur timer au controller qui active une BPI quand bloqu\u00e9 sur le canal Highlight<\/li>\n<li>Renseigner dans Overlay Material le material idoine (M_Overlay_Outline_I) uniquement quand le rayon touche l&#8217;objet<\/li>\n<li>Activer &#8220;Disallow Nanite&#8221; pour le mesh (donc \u00e0 n&#8217;utiliser qu&#8217;avec des objets simples ou cr\u00e9er un mesh non textur\u00e9 fa\u00e7on collision box)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bonne prise de t\u00eate ce truc.
