Le jeu vid\u00e9o ne sera plus jamais pareil, c&#8217;est une certitude.<\/p>\n<p>J&#8217;ai pu placer des dizaines de millions de polygones dans une sc\u00e8ne sans perte de FPS et gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;illumination globale il n&#8217;est plus n\u00e9cessaire de perdre un temps pr\u00e9cieux \u00e0 calculer des lightmaps pour mesure l&#8217;impact d&#8217;une source lumineuse. La disparition des lightmaps, des cartes de normales et de la limite de budget vont me permettre de travailler plus vite que jamais.<\/p>\n<p>Deux points restent en suspens :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Les FPS. C&#8217;est pas terrible, je tourne \u00e0 45, ce qui est correct, mais je tombe en-dessous de vingt d\u00e8s que je dois faire des essais multi-joueurs.<\/li>\n<li>Le world partition. J&#8217;ai r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre la division automatique d&#8217;un monde en petits fragments, \u00e7a marche tr\u00e8s bien et c&#8217;est totalement transparent.
